b. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

3. Purchase & Refund Policy
a. Use of this website requires purchasing credits in your account. These credits are consumed when converting files.
b. In case of issues with conversions, ResonantIQ will attempt to rectify the problem or offer a refund as appropriate. Please contact us at resonantiq@gmail.com should you have any issues with any of your conversions, and we will endeavor to fix the issue ASAP.
4. Disclaimer
